Terms & Conditions

Payment terms thirty (30) days.
Print jobs of £500 and over are subject to payment up front. A 2% monthly service charge is payable on all overdue balances. The Client shall assume responsibility for all collection of legal fees necessitated by default in payment.
All work remains the property of Smartwave Visual Communications until paid for in full, this also means that invoices that contain multiple items must be paid in full before any item is the property of the client.

Disputes, shortcomings or defects in goods or services supplied must be notified to Smartwave Visual Communications within 4 days of delivery. Such goods must be returned for inspection

Quotes are only valid for 30 days from the date on the quote. A quote not accepted within thirty days is subject to review.

Author's alterations represent work performed in addition to the original specifications. Such additional work shall be charged at current rates and be supported with documentation upon request. No additional payment shall be made for changes required to conform to the original assignment description.

Smartwave Visual Communications will not be held responsible for any damages that may result in late delivery of any product or service.

Full terms & conditions will be supplied to all new clients and must be signed and dated before Smartwave Visual Communications can begin any project.
